Vendor Requirements:
- We will not partner with any call center that has excessive complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and multiple other reporting agencies.
- You must be able to verify that you have been in business for at least one year, have a current business license and if applicable prove that your business is properly bonded, registered or meets any other city, state or federal requirements to do business.
- We do not sign long term agreements so that we can avoid partnerships whereas we have received (verifiable) excessive complaints from the parties that we may have referred. Complaints may include, but are not limited to, price gouging, unauthorized charges, hidden fees, misrepresentation, or failure to deliver a service..
PRI reserves the right to refuse any vendor for any reason.
